Sore Knees and Still Trying to do those “booty-developing” squats
I am always trying to find alternative exercises that can produce same results without having to squat, lunge, kneel or balance on my knees. Yes, I said balance because I tend to just fall over half the time. LOL. I came across this great video that lets me do those things lying down. It’s low impact on the joints, but definitely going to produce results. Can’t beat that!
